Setting up a CT70, CT72 or CT74 Time Clock

 

The setup of a CT70, CT72 or CT74 is a two-step process.  First you must add the CloudTouch time clock into PayClock Online. Secondly you would finish the setup at the CloudTouch time clock itself. Important Note: Record the serial number from the time clock.  You will need this in order to add the clock to PayClock Online. The CT70 and CT72 allow for you to use either a directly connected Ethernet cable or WI-FI to connect to PayClock Online. The CT74 must use a directly connected Ethernet cable.

 

  1. Select Clocks from the navigation list.
  2. From the slide out menu select Manage Clocks.
  3. Select the + New button.
  4. Select CT70, CT72 or CT74 and choose + Select.
  5. Enter the serial number from the time clock in the Serial Number field.
  6. Enter an identifier for the time clock in the Device Nickname field.
  7. Select Save.
  1. Connect the network cable if necessary and power supply to the CT70, CT72 or CT74 time clock.
  2. Plug in the power supply to an outlet and allow the time clock to boot up.
  3. Tap the Settings button.
  4. Tap in the PIN for the Admin and press ok. Please Note: By default the Admin PIN is 99999.
  5. Tap Sync Now.
  6. The time clock will connect to PayClock Online to download settings and employees.
